Thank you for choosing Botanicals by Sandy for your giclée prints of botanical pressings. We strive to ensure that each piece meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Due to the unique nature of our products, please note the following terms regarding returns:

All Sales Are Final: We purchase supplies and begin the process of making and framing your prints as soon as your order is placed. This immediate action allows us to maintain our business and ensures the quality of each product. Therefore, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once an order is made.

Damaged Products: Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Upon review, we may offer a replacement for the damaged product. Please note that this is the only circumstance under which a return or replacement will be considered.

No Order Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of our prints and the immediate start of production following order placement, we are unable to accommodate order cancellations.
